PerlTeX is a combination Perl script (perltex) and LaTeX2e style file
(perltex.sty) that, together, give the user the ability to define
LaTeX macros in terms of Perl code. Once defined, a Perl macro
becomes indistinguishable from any other LaTeX macro. PerlTeX thereby
combines LaTeX's typesetting power with Perl's programmability.

proftpd - Flexible, stable and highly-configurable FTP server

ProFTPD is an enhanced FTP server with a focus toward simplicity, security,
and ease of configuration. It features a very Apache-like configuration
syntax, and a highly customizable server infrastructure, including support for
multiple 'virtual' FTP servers, anonymous FTP, and permission-based directory
visibility.

This package defaults to the standalone behaviour of ProFTPD, but all the
needed scripts to have it run by xinetd instead are included.

php - PHP scripting language for creating dynamic web sites

PHP is an HTML-embedded scripting language. PHP attempts to make it
easy for developers to write dynamically generated webpages. PHP also
offers built-in database integration for several commercial and
non-commercial database management systems, so writing a
database-enabled webpage with PHP is fairly simple. The most common
use of PHP coding is probably as a replacement for CGI scripts.

The php package contains the module which adds support for the PHP
language to Apache HTTP Server.

kept as general and modular as possible and not just hacked to fit the needs
of the robocup soccer server (rcssserver). So by now The RoboCup Soccer
Simulator Monitor is also used to visualize many other two dimensional system.

You can use UDP/IP communication sockets to send commands to The RoboCup Soccer
Simulator Monitor. A generic communication device is also included. It
understands a very easy description language to build and move 2d objects.
